RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, replacements, and refunds of products purchased from our company. 

 

  1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

Products are eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions: 

  • Product received is damageddefective, or leaked  
  • Incorrect product delivered  
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery  

👉 The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery 

 

  1. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases: 

  • Product has been used or partially consumed  
  • Request raised after 48 hours of delivery  
  • Damage due to improper handling or storage by customer  
  • Products purchased under special offers / promotional schemes (unless damaged)

To initiate a return or replacement:

  • WhatsApp / Customer Care / Email  
  1. Provide the following details:  
  • Order ID / Invoice copy  
  • Product images (clearly showing issue)  
  • Description of the issue  
  1. Our team will verify and approve the request  

 

  1. Replacement Policy
  • Approved cases will be eligible for replacement only (no refund)  
  • Replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days  
  • Replacement shipment will be dispatched at no extra cost  

 

  1. Refund Policy (If Applicable)
  • Refunds are provided only if:  
  • Replacement is not possible  
  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days  
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method  

 

  1. Shipping Charges
  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the company in case of valid claims  
  • If return request is not valid, shipping cost will be borne by the customer

  • Ensure product is stored as per instructions  
  • Keep invoice safe for any claim  
  • Company reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after verification
