SHIPPING POLICY 

Original Divine Noni (ODN) 

  1. Order Processing
  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.  
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.  
  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.  
  1. Shipping Timeline
  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location.  
  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.  
  • Delivery timelines are subject to courier partner availability and external factors.  
  1. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges will be calculated based on:  
  • Order quantity  
  • Delivery location  
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation.  
  1. Dispatch & Tracking
  • Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive:  
  • LR / Tracking Number  
  • Courier details via SMS / WhatsApp / Email  
  • Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking details.  
  1. Delivery Conditions
  • The customer must ensure correct and complete delivery address.  
  • Delivery will be attempted at the provided address only.  
  • If the customer is unavailable, courier partners may attempt re-delivery as per their policy.  
  1. Delays & Exceptions
  • Delivery may be delayed due to:  
  • Natural calamities  
  • Government restrictions  
  • Strikes or unforeseen logistics issues  
  • ODN will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but will provide support in tracking.  
  1. Damaged or Missing Products
  • If the shipment is received in damaged condition:  
  • Customer must report within 24 hours of delivery  
  • Share photos/videos as proof  
  • For missing items:  
  • Report within 24 hours  
  • After verification, ODN will arrange:  
  • Replacement OR  
  • Resolution as per company policy  
  1. Non-Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)
  • Orders returned due to:  
  • Incorrect address  
  • Customer not reachable  
  • Re-shipping charges will be applicable.  
  1. Bulk Orders 
  • Bulk orders shipments may be dispatched through:  
  • Transport / Logistics partners  
  • Delivery timelines and charges may vary based on order volume and location.
